During the 3 hour workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of tracking and then each dog/handler team will run 3 short tracks. Each handler needs to bring water, a six-foot leash and a non-restrictive harness for your dog. We will provide small, soft treats for track laying. If your dog has special dietary requirements, please let us know. Each dog/handler team will receive a tracking booklet, a bundle of flags and a glove. Light snacks will be served.
Registration Fee for this introductory course is $60.00 and applies to one dog and one handler. Anyone attending without a dog, including a spouse, may register as an auditor for $30. *Please wait to submit your registration fee until you have received confirmation regarding the workshop date and time!
